These eclectic classes may challenge your strength, balance, and flexibility and include challenging poses, inversions and sequences.
Modification and alignment assists are shared and students are encouraged to listen to their bodies. Classes will include asanas, breath work and
meditation. We recommend that you have at least six months to a year of yoga experience and have knowledge of yoga poses.
