Join us at Yoga Union for a new Parent/Child (ages 2-5) weekly class on Tuesdays from 10-11am, May 6-June 20th. The class is Pay As You Can (between $1-10). Teracher is Beth Miller.
Have fun, be silly, stretch out our bodies through movement and learn how to use breathwork and visualization when we have “Big Feelings”.
