In this 3-hour workshop, you’ll retrain and reprogram your deep abdominal muscles and pelvic floor to relieve the burden on your back. Learn assessments to track your progress and ensure you’re doing more good than harm. If you’re rebuilding your core strength, we’ll provide transitional practices to help you reduce injury.
