“It is said that the science of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation was developed 50-70,000 years ago by rishis in India and Tibet, who systematically tested and perfected the precise movements, postures, sounds and breathing patterns that activate different part of the body and brain to produce specific results. Their goal was to develop a comprehensive method for humans to activate their fullest potential, creativity, and intuition in order to maintain healthy, vital bodies and to experience and dwell in the ecstasy of God consciousness”, written by Guru Rattana, Ph.D.
