Somatic Breathwork Journey

Join Laura Humphreys for a 90-minute breathwork journey on Saturady, April 18th from 5-6:30pm. The class will to focused on self nurturing new growth.  You can expect guided nervous system preparation, connected breathwork, somatic release, and integration and grounding.
