Mom & Baby Yoga

This is a fun, relaxed, improvisational “organized chaos” yoga class for parents to bond with baby, connect with other parents, and for big yogi and little yogi health and wellness. No yoga experience is necessary.

Students will need to bring a few things such as a soft blanket for baby to be on (when not on mat or on our bodies/in our arms), nourishment for baby, diaper bag necessities, and ideally 2 small non-electronic toys to entertain baby as needed.  A carrier or wrap is optional and might be desirable.
