Primal Vinyasa is foundational movement done in a class setting. Primal is as natural to your body as walking. There are regressions and creative ways to make all the offerings work for you.
Primal is not a crazy class with students running around doing primal sounds!! This class will focus on building grip strength, spinal integrity and functional core strength.
