Yoga with Chloe

Join Chloe on this New Moon evening to empty and quiet, listen, move, nourish, release, and hydrate this “muscle of the soul”. Explore the psoas, and its influence on every aspect of your body, through twisting, lengthening and releasing tension of this ‘key stabilizer’ for the lower spine. Through mantra, meditation and movement, we will turn off auto-pilot so we may remember how to be our own reservoirs for resourcing ourselves during this dynamic time.
