Special Pop Up class on Saturday, June 22nd from 9:30-10:30am
This Ayurvedic yoga class will be geared toward the
summer season and will include three pranayama methods ( breath work)
Sun salutes and balancing postures to build heat and then a sweet cool down.
Donation based or use a punch card. All are welcome and Kari will be teaching.
* Note: Come 15 min early if you would like to talk about Ayurveda and the basic
principles applied in this class.
