A scientific discourse on the origins of the universe and what it means to be human, followed by an exploration of world religions. Between talks, Dr. Hashemi will lead a series of in-depth breath-work sessions and explain their physiology. The evening will conclude with a prolonged, deep meditation based on core spiritual techniques. Students of all skill levels and backgrounds are welcome. Cost is $20 or two punches.
