Lisa will offer a Winter Solstice class, WELCOMING THE LIGHT, this Saturday (12/20) at 3-5 pm focused on Yasodhara Light practices mixed with Sun salutations (modified ones included) and reflection so you’ll want to bring a journal. It will end with a longer guided Savasana. Cost is 2 punches or $20 dollars. Email her at anamcara39@gmail.com to reserve a space. She needs at least 6 to register to offer the class.
