Yasodhara Hidden Language Hatha Yoga (HLHY) monthly classes will continue in July and August. HLHY is the yoga of metaphor and diving deep. Each class focuses on a single asana/posture and uses exploratory questions, reflection and time in the pose to see what it reveals about our inner journey in the present moment. It’s a practice available to all and is deeply spiritual and illuminating.
