Every Wednesday evening for the month of October join me in the Odess Theater (dance studio) for in-person yoga! Let’s give this a try!
We will focus on waking up the chakras as we enjoy some stretching, balancing, breathing, and strengthening.
90 minute class so we will have time for a bit of meditation before the final savasana!
