Yoga Union is offering a Gentle Fall Flow Yoga Series. Fall back into yoga or take it up with this grounding, gentle vinyasa flow early morning series. Connect with autumn, root down, and rise up. Suitable for beginners.
Classes will be 6am-7am every Tuesday
