Please join us and learn the fundamentals of breath work integrated with the basic yoga postures. The class will bring a sense of balance and peace both physically and mentally. Treat yourself to some self care, learn something new or deepen a practice you may already have.
Mat and loose clothing needed and if you have a strap and blocks that’s great but not necessary. Call Kari at 738-9494 w any questions.
