Join teacher Amy Maxwell as she leads yogis through an hour-long yin class at Yoga Union Studio on Sunday at 7pm. You can use your punch card for each class, or pay the drop-in rate of $15/class (+tax).
Let’s get together and get our energy out of hibernation. It’s time to release frozen karma and let our chi flow toward new beginnings. We’ll thaw Winter tension and bring elasticity into our connective tissue, space into our joints and enter Spring with curiosity and a focused quest for balance and joy.
