This is a quick, fast-paced yoga class. Challenge yourself, burn some calories, and sweat a little with postures that strengthen and tone. Some yoga experience recommended as transitions will be fast. When possible, we’ll use a music playlist to help us pick up the pace.
Props: 2 blocks (or 2 sturdy books), one blanket (or large towel), yoga strap
