Feeling overwhelmed and unfocused? Do you love your family, pets and friends, but just need a relaxing space for an hour to take time for yourself? We will take time to pause, breathe, check in with our bodies and find healthy coping mechanisms to handle anxious and/or stressful situations! Join Nurse Beth on Monday nights from 6-7 pm to take time for yourself. Beginners class.
