Ann will host a special 2 hour Refine and Align workshop on Saturday July, 16: from 9-11am . Space is limited to 9 students.
Ann is a gifted instructor who focuses on proper alignment and accessibility so all students can enjoy their practice. Saturday’s workshop will offer a mix of postures with the use of props to achieve the best results. Hips, shoulders, hamstrings and the back will be given proper attention in this alignment-focused workshop.
Cost is $31.80 with tax ($30w/o tax) or 3 punches.
