Yoga Integration Sessions with Crystal Oostema
Crystal Oostema will be hosting two, 3 hour sessions on strengthening your core and shoulders, back and neck. The sessions will be held on Saturday and Sunday morning from 9-noon on November 2 & 3rd. Cost is $44 ($46.20 with tax) per 3 hour session or $84 ($88.20 with tax) for both sessions. There is a 14 student minimum for two classes to take place. Strengthen Your Core and Reduce Discomfort
Are you tired of back pain, incontinence, and a bulging belly? Discover the transformative power of a functional core! This workshop is perfect for anyone who has been told their chronic back pain could benefit from a stronger core or that Kegels could improve stress incontinence.
Clear up the confusion. Are you doing too many planks or not enough? Should you lift heavier weights or stick to bodyweight exercises? Is it okay to hold your breath during strenuous activities, or should you breathe with your belly?
Replace tension with responsive strength and effort with efficiency. In this 3-hour workshop, you’ll retrain and reprogram your deep abdominal muscles and pelvic floor to relieve the burden on your back. Learn assessments to track your progress and ensure you’re doing more good than harm. If you’re rebuilding your core strength, we’ll provide transitional practices to help you reduce injury.

Unwind Your Shoulders, Upper Back, and Neck
Did you know that balanced shoulders can not only prevent rotator cuff injuries, tingling fingers, and chronic headaches, but also improve core strength, breathing, and a sense of self confidence?
In this 3-hour workshop, we’ll discuss ergonomics, protective practices, and strategies to unwind strain patterns caused by repetitive stress. Learn self-massage techniques to alleviate tension headaches and resist the slump, whether it’s a hunchback, tech neck, or simply “poor posture.” Discover a combination of self-massage, body engineering, and posture protocols that actually make a difference in your day to day well being.
